No. Ever since the park opened, guests are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. We have a variety of FOOD OUTLETS in the park you can choose from.

Here is a link to our PARK RULES and guidelines for more information/further guidance. As part of new Safety and Health protocols, in  addition park policy discourages guests to eat while walking in the park.

Enchanted Kingdom is located at San Lorenzo South, City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines 4026. A map and directions to the park can be found HERE.

The EKsperience the Magic Card is Enchanted Kingdom’s loyalty card or annual pass that allows guests to enjoy a whole year of UNLIMITED ADMISSION, spEKtacular benefits, valuable discounts, invite to EKsclusive events and so much more! You may proceed to our Guest Relations Office at the Park once we resume operations to process your EKsperience the Magic membership.

Guests can purchase their tickets through any of the following:

  1. Walk-in (Makati Sales Office and EK Front Gates)
  2. Online via the EK Online Store
  3. EK’s Online Travel Agent Partners (Klook, KKday, SM Tickets, TicketWorld, Traveloka, TicketNet, KTix).

Although EK will still accept cash transactions, EK encourages cashless, credit card, and GCash transactions. Contactless transactions are preferred.  Trays are also provided to limit direct contact for cash and credit card handling  

Enchanted Kingdom will only accept a limited number of walk-in guests per day versus confirmed pre-booked guests and we highly encourage everyone to make advanced bookings through our online channels so that we can anticipate our daily attendance guided by the allowable reduced park capacity of 50%.

Stroller rental fees are as follows:

  • P200 — Single-seater
  • P300 — Double-seater

Note: An additional refundable deposit of P100 is required upon renting the stroller.

Yes. Wheelchairs can be requested for free on a first come, first served basis. They are disinfected regularly after every use.

Yes. Especially before taking the rides, guests are required to secure their bags and other belongings inside lockers. Lockers are available near the entrance gate depending on the size. Locker rental rates are as follows:

  • Php 150 – Regular
  • Php 350 – Jumbo

The rate for Senior Citizens is P688.

Enchanted Kingdom’s Sky Wizardry (Fireworks display)is now allowed under Alert Level 1*. It’s from FRIDAY to SUNDAY at around 7PM. Any major changes to our fireworks schedule will be posted on our Social Media accounts.

Pets are currently not allowed inside the Park. An exemption can be made for service animals who are trained to assist guest’s with disability. For the health and safety of your pets, we strongly discourage leaving them in your vehicles for any length of time during your visit.

Rest assured that we’re looking into possible services to accommodate them soon.

Note: Should there be cats seen roaming around, guests are advised NOT to feed the cats. As Enchanted Kingdom has a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program where the cats present in the Park are properly vaccinated as part of the TNR program

Tickets or Regular Day Passes (RDP) are inclusive of admission and unlimited rides, except for selected gated attractions which require separate payments. We do not offer tickets for admission/entrance only or selected rides only.

GATED ATTRACTIONS are those that require separate fees and are not included in any of our DAY PASS rates.

You may view your photos by using the photo code that was given together with your receipt when you purchased from any of the Park’s photo booths during your visit.

You may also visit and enter the said photo code on the field provided and click the “GO” button or click the “QR Code Icon” and scan the QR code. To download, just simply click the download button. The QR Code Scanner is available on smart devices only.

Enchanted Kingdom Online Ticket may be used only on the printed date of admission. It is valid for the duration specified in the e-ticket. You may rebook your tickets before the ticket validity end date by logging in to your account and going to “My Orders.”

The Regular Day Pass, Junior Day Pass and Senior Citizen/PWD Day Pass can be purchased on the EK Online Store. The Junior Day Passes are for guests between between 36” (3 ft or 91 cm) to below 48” (4 ft or 122 cm) tall. Children below 36” (3 ft or 91 cm) may enter the Park for FREE.  

Note: Height verification will be conducted for those availing of the Junior Day Passes prior entry. IATF age restrictions in effect on the date of planned visit shall apply and may affect availability of the Junior Day Pass offering.

Yes. You can buy up to 24 tickets. For groups of 25 persons and above, you may call our Makati Sales Office at (+632) 8 8303535 local 31/25 or email: [email protected]. Please call at least three (3) days before your planned date of visit.

The Enchanted Kingdom Online Store accepts Major Credit Cards ( such as Visa & Master Card), Debit card and G-Cash.

After you place an order, a Thank You Page will appear confirming your transaction was successful. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details.

All orders can be also viewed on the “My Orders” tab on your account.

We recommend you print a copy of your e-ticket with QR code for presentation at the Front Gate for entry. You may also present the QR code from your mobile phone to enter as well.

Express Lanes will be provided to all Online Ticket Holders for entry to the park.

Yes. Rebooking is allowed within the validity period printed on your e-ticket. You may log in to your account at the EK Online Store and click on the “My Orders” Tab. You may then select the ticket/s you would like to rebook and your new date of visit. Please make your changes at least one (1) day prior to the original date of visit.

Alternatively, you may visit our Group Sales Office at the Front Gate to seek assistance with rebooking your ticket.

Rebooking is also allowed if the Park is closed for an exclusive booking on the original date of admission.

Please refer to the promo mechanics of each Ticket offering at to see the UPDATED Rebooking Policy.

Note: In the event that the rebooking date of admission falls on a weekend or holiday that is subject to a higher rate than the original date of admission, an UPGRADE for the difference for each ticket rebooked will have to be paid by the guest. A guest shall not be entitled to a lower rate than the original date of admission.

Enchanted Kingdom processes orders almost immediately. After payment, you may still rebook or upgrade your tickets. Please be sure to review your order very carefully before submitting it.

We ensure that our items are authentic and are exclusive merchandise of Enchanted Kingdom, Inc.

Enchanted Kingdom, Inc., supports our local makers and handcrafters. Ninety percent (90%) of our items are designed and made in the Philippines and of high quality.

On each item page, we have a SIZE CHART in the item description.  That gives you a baseline of what your size should be.  We highly suggest you get your usual size.

You can pay via Debit or Credit Card, GCash or GrabPay.

Enchanted Kingdom Inc., shall issue a receipt or sales invoice to you and will be included in the package together with the items purchased.

We have engaged a third-party courier service who helps us with all deliveries. When an order is placed in the EK Online Store, Item(s) will be delivered to an address designated by you.

We process orders within 3-5 business days after your order has been confirmed.  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, some orders may be subject to fulfillment and shipping delays. Thank you for your patience.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail from us acknowledging your order. This will contain the details of your order and order number.

You will receive another notification, the Shipment Confirmation Email, that your order has been shipped  from Santa Rosa City, Laguna to your delivery address which will contain the tracking number of your order.

Orders within NCR and Region 4-A usually take between 5 to 7 business days. 

Orders can only be cancelled prior to confirmation of order and payment. Confirmed and paid orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns, exchange and refunds for item/s purchased are subject to our Returns, Exchange and Refunds Policy as stated below:

  1. Buyer may apply for the return, exchange or refund for the purchased item/s no later than seven (7) days after receipt of the item/s.
  2. Buyer may only apply for return, exchange or refund of an item/s under the following circumstances and as applicable:
    2.1 The item has not been received by the Buyer due to Enchanted Kingdom, Inc., or the third-party courier’s fault;
    2.2 The item/s is/are defective and/or damaged on delivery;
    2.3 Enchanted Kingdom, Inc., has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, color, design) to Buyer;
    2.4 The item/s delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Enchanted Kingdom, Inc., in its items listing.
  3. The following items cannot be exchanged/refunded:
    3.1 Item/s that have been hemmed or repaired or altered.
    3.2 Used Item/s.
    3.3 Washed Item/s.
    3.4 Item/s that have been scratched, damaged or soiled by the Buyer.
    3.5 Item/s that have passed seven (7) days from the date of receipt of item. (delivery date)
    3.6 If Buyer does not have a receipt or sales invoice.
    3.7 Hygiene face masks for hygienic purposes.
  4. Enchanted Kingdom, Inc., will review the Buyer’s application for return, exchange or refund and, upon its own discretion, determine if return, exchange or refund is applicable.
  5. Return, exchange or refund application due to Buyer’s change of mind or error in orders made will not be entertained.
  6. For all other concerns, Buyer shall submit an email to [email protected] for returns, exchange or refunds together with the following attachments:
    6.1 Actual photo of the item/s received
    6.2Original packaging with the Airway Bill of the third-party courier
