What are your park hours?
Our current park schedule is as follows:
Thursday: 12nn to 7pm
Friday: 12nn to 7pm
Saturday-Sunday: 11am to 9pm

Are we allowed to bring food in the park?
Guests are not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. We have a number of concessionaires in the park you can choose from. However, we understand that guests may need to bring outside food and drink into our Parks.
- Baby food/baby formula
- Any food required for special dietary needs or medical purposes (with Doctor’s note/Medical Certificate as proof)

Where is the park located?
Enchanted Kingdom is located at San Lorenzo South, City of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines 4026. A map and directions to the park can be found here
Where can we buy tickets?
You may purchase tickets from the front gate of the park (ticket booths will open an hour before the park opens), our Makati Sales Office at G/F Salustiana D. Ty Tower, 104 Paseo De Roxas, Legaspi Village, Makati City or online thru our ticket partners here
Are strollers available? How much?
Stroller rental fees are as follows:
*An additional refundable deposit of P100 is required upon renting the stroller.
Are wheelchairs available? How much?
Wheelchairs can be requested for free, on a first-come first-serve basis.
Are lockers available? How much?
Lockers are available near the entrance gate for P150 and P350, depending on the size.
What is the schedule and rates for the shuttle service?
How much are the tickets for Senior Citizens?
The rates for Senior Citizens are as follows:
Weekdays – P500
Weekends/Holidays – P600

When are the fireworks?
We have fireworks on weekends and holidays. They are held 30 minutes before the park closes.
Can we bring pets?
Pets are not allowed inside the park unless they are seeing eye/guide dogs.
Can we buy entrance tickets only?
Our current ticket rates are inclusive of admission and unlimited rides, except our gated attractions. We do not offer tickets for admission/entrance only or selected rides only.
What are the gated attractions?
Gated Attractions are those that require separate fees, namely 7-D Theater, Xtreme Paintball, Lake Spa, Lazer Mission, Fun Kart, and Ghostbusters.

How can I claim my photo?
You may only view photos using the photo code given upon purchase of your pictures from the Park’s photo booths during your visit. Simply input the code at http://online.pictureair.com
