The Learning and Development Needs Analysis, Evaluation and Effectiveness Officer Provides support in the conduct of needs analysis, evaluation and effectiveness initiatives for EK’s learning and development, career pathing and succession planning programs, projects and activities.
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any alternative course
- At least 3 years as a training staff
Knowledge in Needs Analysis, Learning Evaluation and Effectiveness tools; Knowledge in training module design and development; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge in computer applications.
