The Learning and Development Associate provides support in the planning, conduct and post evaluation of all learning interventions, keeping all records/files updated and collaborates with other Divisions/Department in logistical requirements of the Learning & Development Team.
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any alternative course
- At least 1 year as a L&D staff
Knowledge in learning module delivery; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge in computer applications and office procedures
