The Guest Relations (GR) Officer assists in managing EK’s guest relations programs and takes a proactive role in the delivery of quality guest experience.
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Public Relations, Communications or Marketing
- Preferably with 1 year work experience in guest relations in retail/ leisure/ travel/ tourism/ hotel/ hospitality industry
Skills in conflict resolution in a professional manner; written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills; cash handling; ability to handle confidential information; strong telephone etiquette; leadership skills and interpersonal skills; knowledge in computer applications
