Visiting guests must be between 18 - 65 years old and have no underlying conditions. Valid Photo ID with birthdate may be required for validation. Please note that the IATF age restrictions in effect on the date of planned visit shall apply. We have also implemented the following enhanced health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and Cast Members:

Guests of ALL AGES and VACCINATION STATUS (VACCINATED AND UNVACCINATED) * will be ALLOWED to enter the Park in accordance with the current IATF Resolution No. for LAGUNA. Yes, of course. We understand that you may be concerned about your health & safety should you decide to visit Enchanted Kingdom at this time.

Rest assured that we had taken the time to update our health and safety protocols to comply with the regulations and guidelines of the government’s Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) to make sure that your visits to the Park will be more than magical and safe. These guidelines include, but are not limited to, the wearing of personal protective equipment in the form of face masks in all public areas for both our employees (we call Cast Members) and our guests (voluntary for outdoors and non-crowded spaces, required for indoor attractions), as well maintaining proper physical distancing while inside the Park. 

We are glad to share that we were granted our Safety Seal certification by the City Government of Santa Rosa, which affirms that our establishment is compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the government.

Should he/she/they have confirmed bookings, they can just rebook the tickets based on the park rebooking guidelines.
  • If a guest or any member of their group shows symptoms such as sore throat, headache, body/muscle pain, diarrhea, dry cough, loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath, or a constant temperature of 37.6C and above, the Park reserves the right to refuse entry to the whole group and advise them to immediately seek the appropriate medical attention for the guest(s) and just return another day to the Park. They can just rebook their tickets subject to the park rebooking guidelines.

Enchanted Kingdom is scheduled to reopen on October 17, 2020 and every weekend thereafter. We have been inspected and granted the authority to operate by the City of Santa Rosa as endorsed by concerned government agencies such as DOT, DTI, and the DOLE. We have also renewed our DOT accreditation.

Rest assured that over the past several months we had taken the time to update our health and safety protocols to comply with the regulations and guidelines of the government’s Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) to make sure that your visits to the Park will be more than magical and safe. Enchanted Kingdom will only accept a limited number of walk-in guests per day versus confirmed pre-booked guests and we highly encourage everyone to make advanced bookings through our online channels so that we can anticipate our daily attendance guided by the allowable reduced park capacity of 50%.

For tickets that expired during the Park’s temporary closure (March 13 – October 16, 2020), please be informed that your tickets may be accommodated at no rebooking fees once we resume our operations.

FACE MASKS and FULL FACE SHIELDS are required to enter Enchanted Kingdom. Please make sure to bring your face shields and face masks when you visit. Additionally, only FULL FACE SHIELDS that cover the entire face is acceptable.  Visor type face shields and/or goggles will not be allowed.

It is advisable to bring your own PERSONAL SAFETY KITS for your own use and convenience complete composed of the following:

Yes. In compliance with the current IATF guidelines, everyone is required to wear their face masks and face shields when in public or inside the Park (both for guests and EK Cast Members).  Only full face shields that will cover your entire face are allowed (Visor-type face shields and/or goggles will not be allowed).

We advise that you bring extra face masks and the filters in case you need to change often during your visit. If you have any disability that prevents you from wearing these, please contact our Magical Guest Relations at (+632) 8 584 3535 local 1900/1901 for further assistance.

To avoid overcrowding and to maintain the required minimum 1-meter physical distance, Enchanted Kingdom has reduced its guest traffic inside the Park to only 50% at any given time. If the maximum capacity per given time is reached, we will be constrained from accommodating any additional walk-in guests until capacity allows further entry. We highly encourage everyone to do pre booking, online reservations and advanced ticket purchases for a hassle-free visit.

The Regular Day Pass, Junior Day Pass and Senior Citizen/PWD Day Pass can be purchased on the EK Online Store. The Junior Day Passes are for guests between between 36” (3 ft or 91 cm) to below 48” (4 ft or 122 cm) tall. Children below 36” (3 ft or 91 cm) may enter the Park for FREE.

Yes. Rebooking is allowed within the validity period printed on your e-ticket. You may log in to your account at the EK Online Store and click on the “My Orders” Tab. You may then select the ticket/s you would like to rebook and your new date of visit. Please make your changes at least one (1) day prior to the original date of visit.

Alternatively, you may visit our Group Sales Office at the Front Gate to seek assistance with rebooking your ticket.

Rebooking is also allowed if the Park is closed for an exclusive booking on the original date of admission.

Express Lanes will be provided to all Online Ticket Holders for entry to the park.

In compliance with the IATF, DOT, DOH, DOLE, and DTI and our local & national government guidelines, we have implemented the Health and Safety Protocols to ensure the safety of  our guests and EK Cast Members. This includes the Health Checklist (digital or manual) that needs to be accomplished and submitted prior to entry at the park.

Yes. Rebooking is allowed for a maximum of two (2) times within the three (3) month validity. You may log in to your account at the EK Online Store and click on the “My Orders” Tab. You may then select the ticket/s you would like to rebook and your new date of visit. Please make your changes at least one (1) day prior to the original date of visit.

Alternatively, you may visit our Group Sales Office at the Front Gate to seek assistance with rebooking your ticket.

Rebooking is also allowed if the Park is closed for an exclusive booking on the original date of admission.

Note: In the event that the rebooking date of admission falls on a weekend or holiday that is subject to a higher rate than the original date of admission, an UPGRADE for the difference for each ticket rebooked will have to be paid by the guest. A guest shall not be entitled to a lower rate than the original date of admission.

The 1st rebooking of the Online Ticket is Free of Charge. Please note that the rebooking date should not be more than three (3 months) from the date of the original date of admission.

For the 2nd rebooking, a charge of P50.00 for each ticket will be applied.

Enchanted Kingdom processes orders almost immediately. After payment, you may still rebook or upgrade your tickets. Please be sure to review your order very carefully before submitting it.

DURING YOUR VISIT

There will be floor markers to indicate proper physical distancing while in the queue areas and there may be some waiting time between ride and attraction cycles to give way to the disinfection and sanitization of high touch/traffic surfaces of these rides and attractions.

Many of our rides and attractions will be available to guests when they visit the park. Weekly RIDE/ATTRACTION SCHEDULES will be posted accordingly and is subject to changes/updates without prior notice. Kindly keep in mind that certain establishments, rides/attractions and other offerings may be modified, have limited capacity or unavailable in accordance with IATF guidelines.

By virtue of Executive Orders No. 3 and 7, wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as FACE MASKS for GUESTS will now only be VOLUNTARY, but still highly encouraged, when in the the Park’s open spaces and non-crowded OUTDOOR areas with good ventilation, as well as the Park’s INDOOR facilities such as restaurants, food and merchandise outlets, and event venues (except when eating and/or drinking) and indoor attractions such as Rialto, 7D, Agila and Building 25.

This is provided that not fully vaccinated individuals, senior citizens and immunocompromised individuals can still be highly encouraged to wear their face masks and physical distancing should be observed at all times.

Mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as Face Masks for CAST MEMBERS (employees) as well as any other equipment that may be required by the role, will continue to be enforced.

Enchanted Kingdom’s Sky Wizardry (Fireworks display)is now allowed under Alert Level 1*. It’s from FRIDAY to SUNDAY at around 7PM. Any major changes to our fireworks schedule will be posted on our Social Media accounts.

EK will encourage the use of cashless transactions through credit/debit card and GCash. To a limited extent, EK will still accept cash transactions. Contactless transactions are preferred and trays will also be provided for cash and credit card handling to minimize direct contact.  When lining up to order food, guests should exercise the proper physical distancing and queueing taking note of the floor markings provided.

For pre-ordered food bundled with ticket purchased through the EK Online Store, a dedicated claiming area at the Amazon Grill/Launch Time Restaurant will be provided. There will also be ambulant order takers to take the orders of guests so they can pre-order, pay and claim individually packed meals to avoid long queueing and maintain physical distancing and cashless.

Most food orders will be served as individually packed meals or snacks. EK will also be serving drinks from PET bottles and cans only. Due to the reduced capacity of the Park, the number of food and merchandise outlets may be reduced as well. 

Yes. Some of our stores will be open, and guests can safely shop for EK gifts and souvenirs. The stores have protective barriers and all merchandise are disinfected regularly with the use of steam cleaners.

No. Unfortunately, we discourage guests from trying on clothes and some accessories at this time. However, we do have a sizing guide that guests can refer to determine the size most appropriate for their purpose. 

Yes. We offer cashless payment transaction via GCash at the Skill Games. Roving Cashiers are provided with the GCash QR Codes for scanning. Game stubs will be issued to the guests after payment and will be surrendered before use at the Game Booths.
