KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Enchanted Kingdom is scheduled to reopen on October 17, 2020 and every weekend thereafter. We have been inspected and granted the authority to operate by the City of Santa Rosa as endorsed by concerned government agencies such as DOT, DTI, and the DOLE. We have also renewed our DOT accreditation.

Yes, of course. We understand that you may be concerned about your health & safety should you decide to visit Enchanted Kingdom at this time.

Rest assured that over the past several months we had taken the time to update our health and safety protocols to comply with the regulations and guidelines of the government’s Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) to make sure that your visits to the Park will be more than magical and safe. These guidelines include, but are not limited to the mandatory wearing of personal protective equipment in the form of face masks & full-face shields in all public areas for both our employees (we call Cast Members) and our guests as well maintaining proper physical distancing (at least 1 meter) while inside the Park.  Additionally, to comply with the proper physical distancing guidelines, we had also reduced our park capacity by 50% at any given time that includes a reduction in rides and attractions capacity as well as for venues such as restaurants, shops and even restrooms.

EK does not require a travel pass for entry to the park. However, we highly recommend you check the Travel guidelines for your specific areas prior to your visit.

A swab test is not required. However self- evaluation is recommended prior to going to the park. Health check forms (Manual and Digital) will need to be accomplished prior to entry. To ensure your health and safety, as well as the rest of our guests and Cast Members, we appreciate you fill our Health check forms as truthfully and accurately as possible.

If a guest or any member of their group shows symptoms such as sore throat, headaches, body/muscle pain, diarrhea, dry cough, loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath, or a constant temperature of 37.6C and above, the whole group will be advised to return another day and the person concerned seek medical assistance. DURING YOUR VISIT

In line with the current IATF regulations and guidelines, the overall capacity of the Park had been reduced by 50%. It follows then that the ride and attraction capacity are also reduced to the same level. There will be floor markers to indicate proper physical distancing while in the queue areas and there may be some waiting time between ride and attraction cycles to give way to the disinfection and sanitization of high touch/traffic surfaces of these rides and attractions.

Majority of our rides and attractions will be available when the Park reopens. For further information, please contact our Magical Guest Relations at (+632) 8 584 3535 local 1900/1901.

For health and safety reasons, FACE MASKS should always be worn for all rides that will be operational. However, in the interest of safety, guests may need to take off their FACE SHIELDS and leave them in designated storage bins (as provided).

For further information, please contact our Magical Guest Relations at (+632) 8 584 3535 local 1900/1901.

As per current IATF guidelines on mass gatherings, there will be no fireworks displays in the Park until further notice.

EK will encourage the use of cashless transactions through credit/debit card and GCash. To a limited extent, EK will still accept cash transactions. Contactless transactions are preferred and trays will also be provided for cash and credit card handling to minimize direct contact.  When lining up to order food, guests should exercise the proper physical distancing and queueing taking note of the floor markings provided.

For pre-ordered food bundled with ticket purchased through the EK Online Store, a dedicated claiming area at the Amazon Grill/Launch Time Restaurant will be provided. There will also be ambulant order takers to take the orders of guests so they can pre-order, pay and claim individually packed meals to avoid long queueing and maintain physical distancing and cashless.

Most food orders will be served as individually packed meals or snacks. EK will also be serving drinks from PET bottles and cans only. Due to the reduced capacity of the Park, the number of food and merchandise outlets may be reduced as well.

Yes. Some of our stores will be open, and guests can safely shop for EK gifts and souvenirs. The stores have protective barriers and all merchandise is disinfected regularly with the use of steam cleaners.

For further information, please contact our Magical Guest Relations at (+632) 8 584 3535 local 1900/1901.
