Tickets will only be sold at the EK Online Store (EKOS) from until AUGUST 9, 2026. Existing users simply have to login to their EKOS account while new users will be required to create an account. 

The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promos (except for the Enchanting Birthday Blowout promo where purchased tickets can be counted as part of the 2 paid companion ticket requirement for June, July or August celebrants).

Senior citizens/PWDs may avail of the higher discount between the promotional offer or the 20% discount provided herein, as per Section 4 of Republic Act No. 9994.

• For Senior Citizen/PWD guests who avail of the promo, please approach any Front Gate/Magical Guest Relations staff for wrist tagging and safety briefings.
• For guests 36 to 47 inches tall who avail of the promo, kindly note the corresponding height restrictions will still apply per ride.

Yes, regular day pass upgrade rate/s will apply. Upgrade rates are as follows:

• ₱1,500 — for EKspress One Day Pass

• ₱2,900 — for EKsperience the Magic Card

To upgrade your Regular Day Pass, you may proceed to any Front Gate Ticket Booths at Enchanted Kingdom on the date of your visit.

Only tickets booked via our EK Online Store will be valid for unlimited rebooking with waived fees within the indicated promo period.

Onsite purchases will be valid only on the date of purchase. 

Each of the three (3) Lucky Winners will win the following:

1. Two (2) Regular Day Passes, valid within 3 months after the date of the electronic raffle draw, to be claimed at the Guest Relations Office on the date of visit.

2. Electronic raffle draw: August 13, 2026 (Thursday), in the presence of DTI representatives

3. Each person may win several times in the raffle draw if they have multiple entries. Once a raffle entry is drawn, it will be removed from the pool. The remaining entries from the same guest (if any) will remain eligible for the next draws.

4. As provided under Sec. 23, Rule XII of the DTI Department Administrative Order No. 2, Series of 1993, the following are disqualified from joining the raffle:
   ● The sponsor company, including its employees and their relatives up to the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity;
   ● Individuals reporting regularly to the sponsor company under a contract of service, and who, by the nature of their work, may have direct and personal knowledge of the promotion.

5. Winners’ names will be posted on Enchanted Kingdom’s official social media accounts and contacted via their EKOS-registered email.
