GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The EKsperience The Magic card remains the property of Enchanted Kingdom. It is not transferable under any circumstance, and is valid for use only by the member. When conducting each and every transaction, the member is required to present the EKsperience The Magic card for member perks and benefit availment. Enchanted Kingdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to the member, to cancel, revoke or withdraw all rights or privileges and to demand the immediate return of the card without the need for a refund of payment in circumstances where we reasonably suspect fraud or any other instance which could lead to financial loss or injury to Enchanted Kingdom.

• Benefits and discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other discount, offer or promotion.
• Member must present their PHYSICAL or ACTUAL CARD to avail of perks and privileges. A valid ID may be asked for verification purposes.

UNLIMITED ADMISSION

Upon presentation of the EKsperience the Magic card, the member is entitled to unlimited admission to Enchanted Kingdom for one (1) year, holidays included, from the date of purchase except on dates with private functions and when the Park is closed. The Updated Park Schedule can be found on our official website and social media accounts.

EKSPRESS RIDE ACCESS PRIVILEGE - EKSPRESS RIDE ACCESS LANE ON EK'S FAVORITE RIDES

Members get Ekspress ride access lane on all major and kiddie rides excluding gated attractions. Just look for the EKMC EKspress Ride Access sign and get on to the Ekspress ride access lane.

ADDITIONAL GOOD-SAME-DAY PASS TICKETS

The member can avail of 20% discount on Regular Day Pass tickets; maximum of ten (10) tickets for the additional companions upon presentation of the EKsperience the Magic card. Discounts are based on existing published rates. Regular rates apply in excess of ten (10) tickets per day. Tickets are Good Same Day and not valid for rebooking

  • Discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other discount (senior citizen, PWD, etc), offer or promo.

CHARACTER MEET AND GREET

A complimentary photo will be given to members. Members may only avail of the Character Meet and Greet with complimentary photo benefit upon presenting their coupon to the Guest Relations Office. A certain schedule within the day will be assigned to the Member.

  • Schedule of Meet and Greet with Complimentary Photo will be on first come, first serve basis.
  • The complimentary photo can only be done at the EKsperience the Magic photo wall

FREE MINI BIRTHDAY CAKE

The member can get of one (1) FREE mini cake on their visit during birth month with a minimum accumulated food receipts of PHP500.00 from Amazon Grill/LaunchTime restaurant. Cake may be claimed at the Park’s restaurant upon presentation of food receipts. 

  • The member must present a valid ID with birthdate.
  • The member is required to call our Group Sales Office at +632 8 584 4326 to 29 loc. 1905/410; at least three days in advance before claiming the mini birthday cake at the Park.
  • The member can claim the mini birthday cake during the first visit within the birth month. This is for one time availment only. 

BIRTHDAY PACKAGE

The 5% discount on children’s themed birthday package can be applied only of arranged and paid by the member. For further inquires on our EK Story Book Party Packages, please contact our Personal Milestones department at +632 8 584 3535 local 105 or email [email protected]

FOOD

The member can get a ten percent (10%) discount on his total bill at Amazon Grill and Launch Time only for a minimum food receipt of Php300.00. This is presently not applicable with food tenants. Discount may not be in conjunction with any other discount (senior citizen, PWD, etc), offer or promo.

MERCHANDISE

The member can get a ten percent (10%) discount on selected merchandise outlets with a minimum of PHp300 purchase. Discounts are honored in the ff. outlets: Eldar’s Specialty Shop, Princess Victoria Gift Shop, Treasure Island, Five & Dime, Tropics Trading and Harry Houdini. 

SKILL GAMES

The member is entitled to five (5) Buy 1, Get 1 FREE skill games coupons during visit which may be claimed at the Group Sales Office. 

  • The member must present coupon to redeem the offer 
  • No coupon, no free game
  • The free game should be of equal value to the game purchased by the member
  • Offer can be redeemed at the following skill game booths only: Ring Toss, Milk Can and Bank-A-Ball

PHOTO

The member can get a special rate on 6R photo printout upon presentation of membership card at any Photo Outlets inside the Park. 

IN PARK AND OFF PARK MERCHANT BENEFITS

Member get EKsclusive merchant benefits in and outside the Park. Just flash the card before payment. Kindly allow our Magical team 48 hours or less to capture and convert all purchases to purple coins.

POINTS

Members get purple coins for every purchases made inside the Park. The purple coins are redeemable to equivalent items inside the Park. Drop by at the Group Sales Office EKMC Lounge to check on EKciting items up for grabs. The more purchases you made, the more items to collect.

VALIDITY

Your EKsperience the Magic card is valid for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

RENEWAL

A ten percent (10%) discount on card membership may be availed for renewals made within 30 days after expiration date.

MEMBER GET MEMBER BONUS POINTS

An EKMC member who gets to refer a successful new member can get an instant 200 bonus purple coins on his card redeemable immediately after the referred member payment.
