We at Enchanted Kingdom value your continued patronage and loyalty through the years. In delivering wholesome family entertainment for every Filipino and foreigner who visit the park, it is our duty to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, patrons and business partners at all times.

In response to the growing concern over the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and pursuant to the Presidential announcement of Enhanced Community Quarantine over the entire Luzon, including Metro Manila and our home base, Santa Rosa, Laguna, Enchanted Kingdom has temporarily closed its doors to the public until further notice. This closure means that the Santa Rosa Park and Offices, as well as the Makati Sales Office suspends operations for the time being, while COVID-19 is deemed a national health and safety threat.

We live in unprecendented times, and the first three months of the year have been exceptionally difficult. We can only pray that the succeeding months of 2020 will be kinder to us Filipinos and the whole world, as we race against time to find a cure for this invisible enemy.

When news of COVID-19 began, EK immediately heightened its defenses by asking guests to submit to body temperature checks at the park’s entrances, installing more sanitizing stations for guests to use, and putting up safety signages to ensure that all guests are properly informed. We have also been in close coordination with our LGUs in supporting the community, assisting our frontliners as they care for the sick and uplifting those who are directly affected by this outbreak.

Please know that Enchanted Kingdom is with you in hope and faith throughout this very trying time. We are doing everything in our capacity to maintain the park and ensure the highest standards of safety, sanitation and security, as we have done so for the last 24 years. Until we return, trust that EK will remain a safe and enjoyable place for all of you to bond with your families and friends, to celebrate milestones, to be entertained and be part of the magic we offer.
