CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Facebook contest is open to all interested participants who will share their FAVORITE or MOST MEMORABLE PHOTO with their FUNNIEST memory with them as the caption for their entry. They must tag EK’s official Facebook account, their dad (if he has his own account) as well as the hashtags #EKFUNnyTASTICDad and #iloveEK. Three (3) winners will be selected by the EK team and will get four (4) Regular Day Passes each.

CONTEST POST

A. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Interested participants MUST FOLLOW Enchanted Kingdom’s Official Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/enchantedkingdom.ph.

  2. Participants should comment on the contest post. This shall serve as their entry to the contest. The entry should include:
    1. Favorite or most memorable photo with their dad on the comment section of the official giveaway post.
      *Photo used must be the personal property of the participant.
      *Photo should not contain nudity or any offensive acts.
    2. A caption with their FUNNIEST memory with them. It can be hilarious moment during a family event, a comical comment or even a hysterical dad joke…the funnier the better!
    3. The following hashtags: #EKFUNnyTASTICDad and #iloveEK.

    4. TAG Enchanted Kingdom (@enchantedkingdom.ph) and feel free to tag your dad on the post as well (if he has a Facebook account).
      Only COMPLETE entries (follows EK, photo, caption, hashtags and mentions) will be considered as a valid entry.

  3. Enchanted Kingdom reserves the right to allow or disallow the publication of or remove the message from its Facebook page or Instagram feed at any time during the contest period and its decision on the matter is final.

  4. Participant’s account must be set to public during the duration of the contest to be an eligible entry.

  5. Submission of entries is not limited. However, if the photo is submitted more than once, the first photo sent will be eligible as an entry. If more than one (1) person sends the video, the first video sent will be chosen eligible as an entry.

  6. Entries will be considered the property of Enchanted Kingdom and can be used for marketing collaterals.

B. CONTEST PERIOD AND HOW TO WIN

  1. The contest duration is from June 3 to 16, 2022.
  2. Those who want to join should comment on the contest post on the Enchanted Kingdom Facebook page.
  3. Three (3) winners per platform shall be selected by EK Team from those with complete entries (follows EK, photo, caption, hashtags and mentions) based on:
    • Funny Memory – 50%
    • Photo – 30%
    • Engagements/Likes – 20%
    • Total – 100%
  4. The winners will be announced on June 19, 2022 (Father’s Day) via reply on their entry as well as a photo post with their names on the official Facebook Page.

C. PRIZES

  1. The winners of this photo contest will each receive four (4) Regular Day Passes.
    * Tickets will be valid on the date of visit. Pre-booking by the winners prior to visit will be required. Tickets are not valid for rebooking, non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

D. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

  1. The Social Media Team will get in touch with the winner through Facebook. If the weekly winner does cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days from the first attempt to contact him/her; or if he/she replies in a negative manner, Enchanted Kingdom has the right to grant the prize to another participant.
  2. Winners must be between the allowed age group and have no underlying conditions (e.g. immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risks and pregnant women) in accordance to our current operational guidelines during current quarantine classification.
  3. When claiming the prize, winners must present at least one (1) valid ID (Government, work, or school ID with picture on it), a printed copy of their entry (screenshot of their entry), and a printed copy of the notification message from the Enchanted Kingdom’s page, which confirms them as a winner.
  4. Should the participant/winner decide to send an authorized representative to claim the prizes or in the event that they are not within the indicated conditions above, they may gift their prize to their chosen representatives. The authorized representative must present the following requirements: at least one (1) valid ID (government, work, or school ID with picture) belonging to him/her, a photocopy of at least one (1) of the participant’s valid ID (government, work, or school ID with picture), and a printed copy of their entry (screenshot of their entry), and a printed copy of the notification message from the Enchanted Kingdom’s page which confirms the participant as a winner.
  5. Prizes can be claimed at the Guest Relations Office at Enchanted Kingdom.
  6. In case of non-claiming of the winners, Enchanted Kingdom may grant the prize to another participant as well.
  7. Once claimed and in the possession of the participant, ownership and all risks pertaining to the item/s redeemed shall vest in the participant-recipient.
  8. Enchanted Kingdom will not be responsible for accommodations, travel expenses or other expenses incurred by winners when claiming their prizes.
  9. Prizes not claimed within 30 days after the last day of the contest period shall be forfeited in favor of Enchanted Kingdom.
  10. All prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
  11. All items to be redeemed under this contest shall be given tax-free.

OTHER GUIDELINES

  1. Organizers of the contest assume no responsibility for:
    1. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the websites herein caused by any third party, e., website users, hackers, among others, or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the contest.
    2. Any statement, comment or declaration posted or submitted to the Enchanted Kingdom account on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/enchantedkingdom.ph/). Said statements, comments or declarations are those of the participants or members of said Facebook Page and not of the organizers of the contest. The decision of the Organizers of the Contest to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Contest or disqualify a Participant on the basis of the foregoing is final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
  2. The host, Enchanted Kingdom, is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
