The Carts & Kiosks Section Head is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of all carts and kiosks while ensuring the attainment of financial targets.

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in HRM/ Food Technology/Nutrition Entrepreneurship/ Business Management/ Marketing / Culinary Arts Course
• At least 3 years work experience in Retail/Leisure/Travel/Tourism/Hotel/ Hospitality Industry, 1 year of which in a Supervisory Position
• Experienced in Restaurant/Fast food Operations Management
• Possesses knowledge in menu development; cost control; sales and marketing skills; strong business acumen; management, leadership and interpersonal skills; communication and presentation skills
• Computer literate
