The Learning & Development Design, Development and Delivery Manager takes the lead in the design, development and delivery of EK’s learning and development programs, career pathing and succession planning programs.

• Graduate of BS Psychology or any alternative course
• At least 3 years as an Learning & Development professional

• Has a strong knowledge and experience in learning module design and development and delivery; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge in computer applications; Has effectively handled a team of 3 or more people.
