The HRM Associate assists in the sourcing and screening of applicants, onboarding and deployment of newly hired line personnel and in the development and implementation of employees’ benefit package, programs and other services.
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree; preferably Psychology/ Behavioral Science/Human Resource Management
- At least 1 year related work experience
- Knowledge in test administration and interpretation, benefits administration; interviewing skills; good written and verbal communication skills
