HRIS Officer is responsible in managing the HR information system database, keeping employee records in digital formats and educating the end users on how to use the HR systems.
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- At least 2 years experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software, like payroll or applicant tracking systems.
- Hands-on experience with databases and HR software; Excellent analytical and reporting skills; Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations
