Section Head — Food Services (Catering & Restaurant Services)

The SECTION HEAD for FOOD SERVICES (CATERING & RESTAURANT SERVICES) is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of Restaurants / Reservations and Functions while ensuring the attainment of financial targets. He/She is also responsible for the conceptualization, development and evaluation of new food and beverage products.


  • Candidate must be a graduate of related vocational course, preferably in HRM, Food Technology, Entrepreneurship, Business Management or Marketing
  • At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s): Food & beverage operations management; knowledge in menu development; cost control; sales and marketing skills; strong business acumen; management, leadership and interpersonal skills; communication and presentation skills; computer literate
