The HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE for PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND MANPOWER CONTRACT provides support in the development, implementation and evaluation of employees’ performance management, discipline management and recognition/rewards programs.
- Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology and Behavioral Science
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Knowledge in Labor Code, Above average interpersonal skills and Knowledge in computer applications
