HR Associate — Performance Management and Manpower Contract

The HUMAN RESOURCE ASSOCIATE for PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND MANPOWER CONTRACT provides support in the development, implementation and evaluation of employees’ performance management, discipline management and recognition/rewards programs.


  • Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology and Behavioral Science
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s): Knowledge in Labor Code, Above average interpersonal skills and Knowledge in computer applications
