ATM
An automated teller machine is located near the Group Sales Office.

Baby Changing
Diaper-changing areas are located in the ladies restrooms in Victoria Park, Midway Boardwalk and Brooklyn Place.

Car Trouble
In case you have car trouble, you may go to our Magical Guest Relations Office at the front gate and ask for assistance.

Credit Cards
Major credit cards are accepted for Park Admission, merchandise shops and food outlets.

Facilities for Guests with Disabilities
The park is equipped with ramps to give access to guest with disabilities for them to enjoy their visit. Guests may ask any of our cast members for assistance when needed.

First Aid Station
First aid facilities are located at the Steeplechase Arcade in Midway Boardwalk with medical staff on duty at all times.

Food Services
Enjoy a wide selection of reasonably- priced delectable food delights available at the park.

Group Sales & Services Office (GSO)
Located at the Main Park Entrance, any inquiry or assistance needed regarding group bookings may be referred to the GSO.

Guest Relations Management Office (GRMO)

Located at the Main Park Entrance, guest inquiries or assistance may be referred to the GRMO.

Lost Children
In case of lost children, parents or guardian may report to any security officers around the park or any cast members for assistance. All lost children that are found are brought to the Magical Guest Relations Office at the front gate area for their parents or guardian to claim.

Message Center
The GRMO takes messages for guests.

Parking
A minimal fee is charged per entry. Guests are advised to closely follow instructions of our parking attendants.

Restroom/ Drinking Fountains
Restrooms and drinking fountains are strategically located around the Park. Please refer to the park map for their exact locations.

Security Personnel
Security officers are stationed in several areas throughout the Park and are ready to assist as necessary.

Specialty Shops
Specialty shops and merchandise booths around the Park offer a wide assortment of Enchanted Kingdom merchandise and souvenirs items at very affordable prices.

Storage Locker
Lockers for storing personal belongings and purchases are available for a nominal charge at the Stroller and Locker Station by the Main Park Entrance (Subject to availability).

Strollers
For parents with infants, strollers are available for a nominal charge at the Stroller and Locker Station by the Main Park Entrance (Subject to availability).

Wheelchairs
Guests can bring and use their personal wheelchairs inside the park. The park provides a limited number of wheelchairs free of charge and subject to availability. Guest may ask any cast member to assist them at the Magical Guest Relations Office at the front gate area.


PARK RULES

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY:


Please observe all safety precautions.


  • Any unsafe or disruptive conduct, including defacing Enchanted Kingdom’s property, may result in ejection from the Park without refund.

  • Please supervise children at all times.

  • While on attractions, keep your hands, arms, legs and feet inside the ride vehicle at all times.


RIDE RESTRICTIONS:
Some rides are restricted by height or physical limitations established by ride manufacturers for your safety. Please check signs posted at ride entrance for guidance.


CLOSURE OF RIDE: As the need arises, signs are posted at the Main Park Entrance to announce rides temporarily closed due to inclement weather and / or regular maintenance.


INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE: The owner and operators of the Park shall not be responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to guest’s property occurring within its premises.

LINE JUMPING: Line Jumping is strictly prohibited. Please maintain your place in the queue at all times.


PROPER ATTIRE: The Park reserves the right to refuse admission to persons who are not properly attired. Loose accessories are not encouraged while on board the rides.


PROHIBITED ITEMS INSIDE THE PARK:


  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Drug and deadly weapons
  • Food and beverages
  • Pets (Except seeing eye dogs)
  • Wheeled items (bike, trolley, skateboards, shoes with rollers)
  • Sports balls

Enchanted Kingdom reserves the right to inspect all bags, packages etc., and to employ the use of metal detectors as necessary. Please be mindful of your loose belongings.


EXPECTANT MOTHERS:
Expectant mothers are allowed to ride the Grand Carousel and Boulderville Express only.


TIPS: Park employees or cast members are not allowed to accept gratuities.


SMOKING: Pursuant to Section 5 of RA 9211 and the Department of Health, smoking is allowed in designated areas only.


HEALTH IS WEALTH: Many rides at Enchanted Kingdom are dynamic and thrilling. You should be of proper size and in good health to ride safely. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or you could aggravate a pre- existing condition of any kind, DO NOT RIDE.


Management reserves the right to refuse admission and eject without refund guests who violate any of the park’s regulations.

Enchanted Kingdom’s schedule varies. Please refer to our Park schedule for updated details.


  • What is the Park’s admission fee?

A Regular Day Pass priced at P600.00 during weekends and P500.00 during weekdays. A Junior Day Pass applicable to children 36’’ to 47’’ tall which is at P320 during weekends and P250.00 during weekdays. However, price may vary depending on certain celebrations. Refer to our Ticket Prices for updated list and descriptions.

You can purchase tickets from our Front Gate tellers at the Park on the day of your visit or from our selected partners.
