FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Where are the parties held?

  • All parties are held in an air-conditioned restaurant. The venue to be assigned is dependent on the group size and the availability of particular party areas. You may choose from these two (2) party venues: Amazon Grill or Launch Time.

  • Will use of the restaurant be exclusive to us?

  • The party area will be enclosed with stanchions for your privacy. However, the rest of the restaurant will still be open to other guests.

  • What time slots are open for birthday bookings?

  • Birthday parties may be held at the following times: 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm or 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

  • May I bring in food?

  • Bringing food inside the park is not allowed except for the birthday cake. There is no charge for bringing in the birthday cake, but it must be stated in the contract upon signing.

  • I have babies and toddler guests. Are they considered children who should be required to pay for an admission ticket?

  • Guests below 35" in height, can enter the Park free of charge. However, we suggest you take them into consideration when counting the number of lootbags or meals.

  • May I enjoy the Park rides before/after my party?

  • You and your guests are welcome to enjoy the Park’s rides at any time during the day. However, we recommend that the Park rides be enjoyed after the party.

  • What should I do if I have additional guests on the date of the party?

  • We welcome additional guests. However, the published admission rate for the day will be applied (Regular or Junior Day Pass). Additional food for these guests will be based on the ala carte menu available in the restaurant.

  • What happens if it rains?

  • All party bookings shall proceed as scheduled and as stipulated in the contract, unless there is a typhoon that will require the Park to be closed.

  • How do I confirm my reservation?

  • A signed contract and a down payment of 50% is required to confirm your party reservation.

  • What are the terms of payment? Should I pay for the down payment prior to the party? May I settle the balance on the date of the party itself?
  • We will require a down payment equivalent to 50% of the contracted price. The balance should be paid one (1) to two (2) weeks before the date of the party.

  • What are accepted forms of payment?

  • Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Card payments must first be validated and personally signed by the cardholder at the Makati Sales Office.


  • I am based overseas, how do I go through the process of booking a party?

  • You may correspond with us through e-mail but a local representative in Manila must sign the contract and pay at the Makati Sales Office.


  • What do I use the Wizard Money for? How do I use it?

  • Wizard Money is a "magic" gift certificate that you can use to buy Enchanted Kingdom tickets, food, beverages and merchandise. Denominations are PhP 50 and PhP 100. It is an ideal gift/ souvenir for kids of all ages.


  • Do you have promos?

  • Yes, we have. Please contact us for further information.

  • Why 33 persons?

  • 30 guests (whether adults and kids) plus dad, mom, and celebrator (30 + 3)

  • May I bring in extra party goodies and props for the games?

  • Yes. All items and their quantities should be enumerated before the party day and will be subject to approval.

  • Is it necessary to add food carts like nachos and/or popcorn?

  • Nachos and/or popcorn may be served as appetizers during the party. The Popcorn Booth costs PhP 700 while the Nachos & Dip Booth costs PhP 1,400, good for 30 kiddie servings.

  • May I see an actual birthday party at the Enchanted Kingdom first before booking a party?

  • Ocular visits may be arranged in advance but is subject to prior approval by the guest-client’s celebrator. We request that you write us a Letter of Intent that includes the name, contact details, designation of the person who is interested to see an actual party, the date of your visit, and your expected time of arrival. Please fax your Letter of Intent to our Makati Sales Office at 812-7118.
